Delivery and refund
Delivery:
- Free delivery via Chronopost Relais for purchases of €20 or more
- Delivery time is generally 3 to 4 days from the date of shipment.
Most of our items are available in stock. They are therefore shipped within 24 hours via La Poste for small items, when the package does not exceed a certain weight, otherwise we use Chronopost Relais. Shipping is free for purchases of €20 or more.
In case of a return for exchange, following a size error for example, a contribution of €4 will be requested for the second shipment.
Return & Refund Policy
We guarantee all our items for 15 days, satisfied or your money back. You can return your products that fall within this guarantee (at the customer's expense) to the following address:

Once the product is received, and after verification of its condition, the product will be refunded directly to the bank card used for the payment of the order, within a maximum of 7 days.
